My name is Anurag Sarkar and my mobile number is 9831345545 of Airtel. On 9th may'2011 my balance was of Rs. 90/- and I have activated mobile office of daily rental pack which was of Rs.5/- for 50 MB after that my balance becomes Rs. 85/-. I have done surfing just for 1 hour and at last I checked the mobile office balance which was of 42 MB then after some time I have checked the main account balance and I was surprised that my balance becomes Rs. 22/- on;y and there was a wrongly deduction of Rs. 63/-. At the mean time I have contacted with the customer care, they are informing us that I have done surfing excess of 50 MB but they are forcely saying that you have used in excess of Mobile office balance so there was a deduction from your main account balance. But after much quarrel they took my complain and said that, they will refund the money, but alas! after 1 1/2 day they told me that you will not get that money back. So sir please do something immediately and contact me as soon as possible.
