I am using airtel prepaid connection numbered 9535623452. Last week I received a message from airtel hellotune section saying that hello tune has been activated and amount of Rs. 45 has been deducted from my balance. I have not opted for any airtel hellotunes. The company is activating this facility by force and charging the cost on us. The Company is looting poor people money like this. I have heard similar complaints from many prepaid users.
Please help the customers from this.
