Dear sir,

my son, shashwat kumar, who is a student of bits pilani, goa, tried to top up his mobile no 9561905813 (maharashtra circle) with rs 100 with the help of a local retailer/ dealer of airtel during his vacation at lucknow. message received after recharge reads as "recharge successful on 17.05.2011 at 09:09PM. talk time rs 1.00. MRP rs 100.00. trans id 214281466. no useful service has been offered in lieu of the payment. this is the second time we are facing similar problem.
