Deducting Balance for unsubscribed Services

This is in regards to the balance deduction from my account by activating the unsubscribed services for Dance Club subscription and within every three days they are charging Rs.10 for the renewal of service till date they have deducted Rs.50-60 for an unsubscribed service. While calling on 198 they don't listen and block my Number, So that I can't call further. They are also not allowing me to talk to their senior representatives.

While sending message STOP to 121, I got the message that no services have been activated on your account, then also the deduction continues for renewal of service.

While sending message for Number Portability PORT to 1900 still I have not received the 8-digit code.

Really these guys are troubling customers a lot, I will have to take some strict action against them.
