Charging 1.2p/sec even to airtel mobiles

Hi,

I am airtel subscriber, chennai, ph: 9791117842, and i have e-recharged with rupees 22. its the plan to get benifit to 1p/sec for aitel mobiles, 1.2p/sec for all others mobiles.

i recharged to this service on 20th may.

I have collected this tarif plan from www.airtel.in.

But still when i make a call, they are deducting 1.2p/sec to any mobile even airtel mobile also.

i have complaned this issue to airtel customer care via phone call.

but they are not giving any proper anwer.

pls help me to move further step.
