Easy recharge balance lost

Dear Sir,

I had buy a airtel easy recharge sim no. 8757268790 from local airtel distributor on 29/05. But after two days on 31/05 at afternoon i had got a call from airtel customer care from mobile no. 8972609327 he ask about sim activation and tell me to do some procedure to compete the sim activation

but after that when i chek my easy recharge balance (rs 1790) is lost. So please solve my problem and do the justice as soon as possible.
