I Routhu chaitanya Airtel mobile phone no 919871483399 postpaid holder would like to complaint about their unlawful action of disconnecting my phone. I have paid the bill amount of RS 5000/- approximately in airtel franchise office at pedawaltair visakhapatnam on06.05.2011. Immediately they have restored the connection. But within couple of days again they have disconnected the phone. I have sent my friend to Airtel office at visakhapatnam pedawalltair office with the bill. They have seen the bill and restored the connection for few days. Now again they say that amount is not credited to the account. I T must have been erroneously connected to another account or some body has commited fraud. I therefore request you to enquire with the Visakhapatnam peddawaltair office and restore my connection as early as possible.
