This is regarding service provided by Airtel, its very pathetic.

I was charged Rs 198/- for downloading some games (which i had not) in the month of April, when i called up airtel customer care, i was told that would be waived off in my next bill (which wasn't), again when i called up Airtel customer care for the same i was replied the same that it will be waived off in my next bill also received a sms frm them (thank you for calling airtel. Your request had been registered with us. The service request No. is 37393862 we will get back to you by 18-May 13:48:47.) but till date i haven't received any call from them nor 198/- is been waived off frm my current bill.

Also whenever we give a call to the customer care... they will listen to your query and just say that they can't help you now as their system is getting upgraded (mostly answered by females)... if is that so why don't they say it before listening to the query... and when you tell them to transfer it to any of the seniors some say "Not possible" and some say they are "very busy" and some just disconnect the call which is happened to me many a times.

Today when i spoke to a guy in customer care with the same query, he told me that it has already been waived off (which is still not reflecting in any of my bills) as per him after checking all my details on his system and after few seconds he disconnected the call... after few minutes when i called up again... and spoke to Preeti Chandel (after i asked her the name as i knew that my query won't be solved), she listened to my query and just replied me saying that she can't help me as her system is being upgraded... when i told her few minutes back it was fine when i spoke to a guy for the same... then how come her system was not working... there was no reply for that... told her to tranfer it to any of the seniors... sh kept on hold for sometime and told me that the seniors line is busy... asked her if there is only 1 senior available during that time... no reply from her.

Finally, my issue still remains the same "UNSOLVED"
