I applied for mobile number portability from airtel to tata docomo on 17th may for my mobile number 7893801443.When i called the customer care they told me that my application has been rejected for porting from airtel because of some obligations and technical problem. When a customer wants to port out to another network, why is AIRTEL not releasing the application? The customer care executives of AIRTEL behaved very rudely when i called them. I have submitted all documentr required and cleared all dues with airtel. IS THIS THE WAY AIRTEL TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS? c.sandeep
