Deducting my money unnecessarily

SINCE A MONTH AIRTEL IS DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT (9971997121) AND WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY SAID BY MISTAKE THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED. THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. EVERYTIME I GET MY PHONE RECHARGED THEY DEDUCT MY MONEY FOR SERVICES. TILL NOW I HAVE HAD A LOSS OFF MORE THAN Rs600.whenever i call them THEY SAY OUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING CALL US AFTER 4 HOURS.. EVERY TIME THIS HAPPENS. I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST AIRTEL HO CAN I FILE THE CASE. AIRTEL IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE. HIGHEST CHARGES.
