Hi,
Airtel had degraded its quality of service and taking uselessmeaningless
charges frequently.
cheating no 1: Activating any scheme without customer confirmation,
cheating no 2: To block mob no for connecting Customer care more than three times even if there is a valid reason given in previous three calls
cheating no 3: money will not be refunded cometimes even if u contact customer care and they confirm to refund...
cheating no 4: activating monthly GPRS will charge 98, if customer will not renew on time then it will take normal GPRL charge and then after sometime it itself will automatically renew it for next moth. In ideal scenario it should just renew the scheme rather then taking extra charge.
