Havnt got full money after recharge

I am glad to write the problem which i have been facing . today my father recharged for Rs 333 full talktime to my mobile no 91 9995 231 231 inbetween 4.30 and 5.15pm[ indian time]

after checking the balance, i got the below details

Bal:302.00 Val:100ct37.DA5.0.000 Val:-Bal:302.00 Val:100ct37. DA5:0.00 Val:[thats the message which i got]

before recharing i got around Rs 35.

now i have 302. what does it mean? where is the balance amount. i think i do need to get 333 35 . am i right or wrong. is there anything wrong this calculation. why are you always leading me into trouble.this is not good. infact i have been expecting better service which i used to get while i was in india. i dont know what happend to you people. to be frank, the time i reached united kindgom every service of you people went wrong. i do need to get it clear very fast.

now i am in united kingdom. otherwise i could have called you directly. i have been waiting for your reply
