Hi sir, I have been using Airtel for the past 11 months. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. I am facing a problem and when i contact the customer support regarding that problem they says me that will be resolved in 4 days and even after 4 days the problem continues and when i try to call them i couldn't evn make a call to the customer service. They have disabled that service on my phone. If i wanna talk to them regarding my problem i have to call them from my cousins or my colleague's phone. Will you please look in to this issue. I was being harassed by their service and by their behavior on phone, they abruptly disconnects my cal when i ask about my problem.
