Hi,
I have requested to disconnect my landline connection on 17th April and I was told by Airtel that it'll be done by 27th April. But till now after many telphonic and written complaint to airtel customer care also my number is not disconnected in airtel's record and they keep on generating bills.
I have record of all the wriiten complaint.everytime they will send a mail with a future aprox resolution date and on that date if I call them up, they again generate one refernce number and send me a mail.but no resolution of my request.
