I, Amit. D.Maru (9867288810), am really frustated of very unprofessional behavior of airtel. Not once or twice bt this is the fourth time that same thing has happened.
Whenever i recharge my account, d same day or other, company deductes my entire balance without stating any reason or false reason. If due to any work, i become late in lodging complaint of same or recharge again due to lack of balance, then they refuse refund. Everytime i have to struggle with them to claim refund. It seems like we are recharging for their sake. But now enough is enough. Today when they deducted, i called them in afternoon (1:15pm) and they promised refund within 2 hours and probably failed to accomplish (ref no. CBDCC20702287421). so wen i called afterwards for reminding them, they are saying that they have lodged complaint and will respond on 5th july (ref no. CBDCC30702417787). You can even check recording of clipings which they keep for internal training.
Sir, i have no balance at this time because of their deduction and so cant do even emergency calls to anyone (even for calling them i used my kins' cell). This has really frustated me due to its repeated occurence and i want perfect service and refund which they are not able to provide.
Sir, please do the needful as early as possible!
