I have a complaint against airtel that they have been deducting money from my account for the services being activated which I never do, when I call the customer care they rarely behave properly as they are not bothered about their customers and always deny to refund the money. For some instances I ignored this however it has become a regular phenomenon with airtel, every now and then they activate some kind of service by themselves and deduct money. I am mighty upset with them and I know they hardly care about this. I am now going to change my subscriber and get Vodafone, even though I know they are also no different. I would request some organisation or government to take severe action against AIRTEL. Otherwise consumers like us will keep suffering.
