I took a connection on 1st June. Verification was not done by those idiots and my line was disconnected on 5th june. They wanted me to make an interim payment of Rs.376. I fought with them and got it released. Those bastards gave me a credit limit of Rs.500. Within 4 days my unbilled usage came to Rs.536 and my line was disconnected. When I call the f**king customer service, they say nothing can be done. Now I have taken a connection from Airtel and my credit limit is Rs. 1500 without verification being done. The Hutch bastards know that I work for ICICI and they know I live in a own house. For a person like me, they give a credit limit of 500. Imagine what will be the credit limit for a person who is employed in a lower level. I have never seen a worst customer service like this. I'm trying to log a complaint through the link http://www.hutch.in/contactus/contactus_feedback.asp, and it doesn't accept my complaint. I really have a doubt whether they are working in the office or are the vice presidents are screwing their subordinates. I have never experienced a worst service like this in any other industry. MOTHER F***ING BA***RDS OF HUTCH, PLEASE TRY TO IMPROVE OR YOU WILL VANISH.
