First time experiancing bad from airtel

I am Renuka Prasad R... I am useing Airtel no 9902210132, 2 days back i attended pre-recorded call from airtel saying about 505050 subscription, I disconnected that call then immediately i got message saying 15.00 Rs deducted from your account. then i tried to call customer care (198 and 121), that two numbers will not connected to customer care instead just said " go to *121# for start or stop service, thank you for calling airtel " i called more than 10 times but unable to reach customer care... this is the first time i am experiancing worst from Airtel...
