Balance deduction

Hello All,

Since last two months Airtel has been deducting the balance without my consent. They activated the services without my knowledge and then they send message stating "Thank you for downloading... you have been charged...""

Till date I have not activated any service on Airtel and they keep on sending me messages.

This also happened around 6 months back and the issue got resolved only when I registered my complaint through your portal.

I forwarded my concern to one of the staff member from Airtel and she promised me that she will refund 50 Rupees but then only 10 Rupees got credited to my account.

But that amount was again got deducted without my notice.

She promised me that she will deactivate all the services which are active on my mobile but some of the services are stil active.

This is a modus operandi of Airtel to cheat customers and none of the staff members are concerned about the grievance of the customers.

Please take immediate action against them as this is causing alot of problem.
