Alance deducting

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am subscriber of Airtel and i receiving sms since 19-July they are deducting 30 paisa every 3 minutes and i am trying to contact in customer care but they are not ready to listen my problem, and disconnecting my call.

Please give me the Airtel contact person name & no.
