ON 20TH JULY I GOT A CALL FROM AIRTEL (NO. 9971908938) REGARDING HELLO TUNES. I PICKED UP THE PHONE THEN I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT "THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING MY TUNES SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS. 15 FOR 15 DAYS". SAME DAY I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AND REQUESTED TO STOP THESE TUNES BUT THEY JUSTIFY THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ALREADY CHARGED RS. 15 SO THEY WILL NOT RETURN OUR DEDUCTED MONEY. HERE I WANT TO KNOW WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION HOW WILL AIRTEL DEDUCTED OUR MONEY. THIS IS CHEATING. USERS ARE NOT INTERSTED TO LISTEN YOUR STUPID TYPE TUNES. KINDLY RETURN MY RS. 15 SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE YOUR SERVICES. DON'T BECOME SMART AND NOT TO MAKE CALLS LIKE THESE.
