Balance Deducted without Sim in use

I have been using Airtel Prepaid Connection (9831626868) for last 5 years. But from past few months there services is not upto the expectations. For last two months (From 2nd June to 29th July) I went abroad and my Airtel sim was switched off. When I returned back on 30th July, I found that my balance of around Rs480 came to Rs 345 without being in service. Now today when I have talked to your customer care executive they said that package of jobalert had been activated on 13th July and package of hungama had been activated on 27th July. After that call had been transferred to senior executive named V. Pathak who after the talk told that he could give three days amount deducted by your company to save your company goodwiill without giving any concern to customer complaint.

Therefore I would ask you to take action as soon as possible without any delay so that this is solved. It would be better that my amount dedducted gets refunded and service gets deactivated which has been earlier activated by your company.
