This has been a serious trouble, airtel sim providers are being cutting money from the balance saying the customers are using their optional services.while calling and asking through customer care they say the same thing which i have been experiencing lately.customer care make me wait so long wasting time, they also charge money for calling customer care..the funny thing is that i hav'nt used any such optional services which they say i had activated by telling even the time which i activated it.feels they are making fool out of people.
