Airtel is cheating customers. We have spoken to customer care 4 times over the last 10 days for deactivation of a caller tune that we did not opt for and came of its' own.
Reference numbers are
10519882 - 3rd August
12181496 - 9th August
1748692 - 12th August
13345520 - 13th August.
The caller tune is a voice of a lady who threatens callers against calling up failing which she would complain to the police.
It is extremely irritating that this caller tune has not got deactivated despite logging a complaint four times. Each time we are given an assurance that it will be deactivated in 4 working hours and this problem is still continuing.
Can you please help, if possible.
