On 25th May I have reuested for DND in the fully blocked category under registration No. W1048127216. in spite of my registration for DND and without my request u have activated Gyan Pack on 4th August. On 5th August i lodge the complent for wrong activation and refund of charges and request No.is COVWC30805276060. To my surprise Insted of refunding my money my subscription for Gyan pack was renewed on 14th August. You are kindly requested to refund my Rs.20/- and in future dont activate any services to my mobile.
