Not getting UPC code

Sir, I am ankur mittal using airtel services. My no is 7503616263. I am not satisfied with airtel services and want to switch to vodafone. But i am not receiving UPC code (porting code). I have complaint about

this to nodal officers, to appellate officers and even mailed them so many times and every time they told me to wait for 24 hours and assured me that they will call me with in 24 hours but they did not and now i am not believe in appellate officers and their commitment. And still not received my UPC code. I am continues trying since 14th of july.
