DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

Myself Varun Aggarwal is having Prepaid Airtel Mobile connection for last seven years with mobile no. 09815756341. I have never requested for activation of any service and every time company is deducting balance from my number. Sometimes there is a deduction of Re. 1 & sometime Rs. 5/-. I have requested so many times at customer care no. i.e. 121 & 198 but they are just saying we apologies for your inconvenience and stopping this service. But every time after some days again any service is activated. Customer care executives are not helping at all. They are appointed there to just feel apologies. These guys are puppet in the hands of company. No one help i m getting from Nodel officer as well. In totality we are unable to stop this non sense. It has been observed that company has lot of subscribers now and don't care about the customers. Company is in the thought of that airtel is leader in communication sector and is having monopoly. If company can't care about his customers then i m sorry to say that it is the failure of company in terms of service. If my this problem can't be solved then i have to change the connection as i m very much fed up now from these charges. Hope this time i will get revert
