The first time the company barred my number quoting 'non-submission of documents' as the reason (this after 1 year). I submitted all the required copies again and the phone connection was cleared. Then 4 days later the number was barred again for the same reason. Repeated calls to their local office and also to their call center was of no avail. Now either their staff are incompetent or they

don't care. After a month of repeated requests on my part, I shifted to Hutch and Tata Indicom. I had 2 connections from Airtel and I have terminated both. That was the easier solution as I lacked the time to drag them to the consumer court.
