GPRS Not working properly

Dear Sir,

My name is Naveen Mehta, I am holding one Airtel Connection : 91-98103-14657.

On this no. I am using the GPRS Services, I have Samsung Galaxy Ace Phone on which the Data Services are running fine, but I am not able to use the data service thru mobile browser (i.e. not able to open any web page thr browser).

I have called to customer care for technical assistence, but no solution provided to me.

Can you please look up on this matter and help me to get solution for this probelm.
