The pathetic service I ever used. I switched to Airtel from Idea in hope of good service (through MNP), its worse….. call service just hangs up, when tried to call, will get ‘This service is not available on your mobile phone’ message, and when I give call to my mobile I get ‘This is a invalid number’ message. But mean time I CAN ACCESS DATA….(that’s strange). To fix issue I tried (for 45 min) to contact (so called) Customer Care (121/198), its a “JOKE”, even after making proper selection to talk to Customer Care Representative…. at the end I’ll get to hear ‘Thank you for calling Airtel, good bye’ even before talking to representative. Amazing is I got same response even after trying from my friends airtel mobile. Its happening repeatedly. Dono whats the fuss with service
If they are not able to provide good or at last normal service to the customer they need to free up the resources so that some one else will utilize.
