I M UDAY MANKAR USING 9503356833 NUMBER.

I CALLED YOU MORE THAN 6 TIMES TO DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE.

BEFORE 5DAYS I WENT TO AIRTEL CARE OF NAGPUR. FROM THERE I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS. THEY TOLD MI, YOUR VIDEO PARLOUR SERVICE IS NOW DEACTIVATED YOU CAN RECHARGE YOUR SIM.

AFTER THAT I DID RECHARGE OF RS.30.

NOW YESTERDAY I WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER MSG THAT YOUR SERVICE IS RENEWED & YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.5.

AFTER THAT IMMEDIATELY I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE & TALK WITH YOUR SUPERVISOR. MR.KALPESH... I TOLD MY PROBLEM TO HIM.HE ALSO TOLD ME SAME THING THAT YOUR SERVICE IS DEACTIVATED, FROM HERE YOUR BALANCE WILL NOT DEDUCT.

BUT TODAY I RECEIVE ANOTHER MSG OF VIDEO PARLOUR SERVICE RENEWAL AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.5 AGAIN.

SIR PLESE TAKE SOME ACTION ON THIS.

HOPE YOU SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
