Non receipt of Security Deposit Cheque

Sir,

I have closed my post paid mobile number 9967596045 in month of March. But till date I have not received the security deposit from AIRTEL. I have been following up right from Call Center, Nodal and appellete on calls and mails. But till now I have not received any positive feedback only I got is the assurance from each executive at each level.

I require AIRTEL to be penalised for the delay, mental stress I have gone through due to this follow ups
