This is the case with so many customers.
I am also one of thier victim.
Automatically some value added service like hello tunes or LKD starts and on contacting airtel people tell that you have sent the message for activation.
On arguing sometimes they refund your amount and in some cases they do not.
My present case is that they activated my LKD service automaticaly few days back. I sent the message for unsubscribing after lot of argument. LKD service got deactivated at 10:49 AM on 25/09 again I received a message at 13:23 on the same day that they have renewed my LKD service for Rs. 10/-.
Now can anybody suggest what to do with this case?
