Unwanted paid service activation

I am using airtel prepaid mobile service from almost five years now. Airtel has no customer care number on which i can talk to people directly. there are numbers like 121 and 198 for inquiry and complains but all i get from there is computer generated instructions which of no use for my problem. this has happened many times with me when they start any random service on my number without notifying me about it and i unknowingly pay for that service for months.i never get my money back what all i get is some 5 6Rs instead of 100s and assurance that this will not happen again. But all rubbish it obviously happens and more often then ever. This time again i am paying for don't know which service and i am not able to connect to customer care either.my problem is i have given this number to many important places and i cant change it at this point of time. If i cant get my money back atleast i want this service to be deactivated with immediate affect.

Airtel SUCKS!!!
