I am using Airtel postpaid 4m last 8 years, past few months i was short of money and didnt pay the bill, the recovery people called me and a lady abused me for not paying the bill, later when i complaint airtel about this, their supervisor did the same thing, this free style practice of bill collection was harrasment, the lady abused me for about 15 minutes and hung up, i have the recording too..
Dont know whom to complaint about this now..
