We have a landline 044-42109989, and the instrument (Provided by Airtel with their logo) is defective. I made a complaint - 3600146.
I was informed that it will be resolved within 24 hrs. Next day I was informed that AIRTEL has stopped attending to Instruments since OCT and it has to be taken to their Service Center and repaired at cost. While providing the connection we were not informed about such arrangements. In fact the instrument was once replaced when it was defective.
How can they unilaterally change service conditions. No intimation was given regarding change of service conditions.
