My mobile no. is 8827762030. They have activated a vas on it without permission since 12th july. From that date till now they have deducted more then 150 Rs from my account. I have complained to customer care and they said they will reimburse the deductions and send it as balance to me again. But till now they have not done it. This has harrased me mentally a lot. their customer care executives always keep phone on hold for a long time and then cut the phone without any proper information. I am very much tensed due to it and this has disturbed my work also. I request you to take strict action against such company and their executives who dont care for customers. Even after this complaint if i dont get response i will use no. portability and switch to any other company. Not only this i am having 4 different airtel connections i will convert them also to any other subscriber.
