Message limit is below 100

My name is Sundar Kumar... my phone number is 9500249628... I ve recharged for Rs.49 (sms booster) last month... eventhough there is 100 messages/day restriction... i can send only 75 messages per day... this is the problem... if i try to contact airtel customer care or complaint hot line... no response is given in return... please help me
