Auto activation of sevice and subsequent deduction from balance

This is Vijay from KGF, Karnataka.

My airtel number is 8197590143 and On 7th suddenly the currency of 99 rupees was deducted twice. That is a sum of 198 rupees was deducted at around 5:30pm. I complained to airtel customer care and they told that i activated hungama pack twice at a time through airtel live services. I told that i didn't use any such services, so then they forwarded my call to supervisor and they assured that my currency will be refunded within 24hours but i didn't get back my money. Later after 24hours on 8th at 5:45pm again i complained and the manager told me that within 1hour they will refund my money. But i didn't get and instead they have locked my number in such a way that my call doesn't go to customer care and this was really very worst of their service so again at 9:30pm i complained from another number and the supervisor by name Ms. Jaylakshmi told that due to some technical problem they were not able to refund my money but assured that within 24hours they will surely refund my currency and the calling problem to customer care will also be solved. But today 9th and still i didn't get my currency back and the calling problem to customer care is also not solved. Now again i complained from another airtel number and again they are telling me to wait for 24hours.

Respected Sir/Madam, i kindly request u to take serious action and help me to get back my currency.
