I want to bring into notice, some of the malpractices and dirty gimmicks that Airtel is playing. They are deliberately delaying portability request multiple times. Earlier the portability date was 9th Nov and now they postponed it to 25th Nov. My old portability code was AZ717147 and now its changed to AZ313718. This does not stop here, they also activate value added services without the customer's permission and deduct the money from the account balance. One more thing I would like to add is that they start charging money for SMSes even before the daily quota of 100 free SMSes is consumed. Do you think that customers are fools?? I want compensation in terms of money for the harassment that airtel has caused and also require all the issues to be resolved in the next 24 hours. I will post this article over various social media websites and consumer forums if this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours.
