My name is Girish Gadhave. I had an airtel postpaid connection and i was charged incorrect GPRS charges. I had to complaint numerous times to get it resolved. The collections department waived those GPRS charges and i had paid the rest valid charges. After 4 months my friends and family who use airtel are getting harassment calls from airtel. They are getting back to back calls but i have not yet been contacted by airtel. I want to file complaint as all the valid charges are paid and still airtel is harassing my friends and family.
