Sir,

I'm using Airtel connection (no.-9633855124) for which I face a big cheating. I have activated to daily 100 sms offer. I send sms to many numbers on 12.11.11. And 10 rupee was deducted from my account and my deducted from 25 rupees to 15 rupees. Suddenly I made a complaint at customer care. Then again send message on 14.11.11 again 10 rupees was deducted from my account for no reason. Then again I complainted to customer care, their response was that the details was not updated there and they said that they will give the detail on 16.11.11 at 6 pm. Without getting any response again I called customer care the customer care executive said again that my account details are not updated there and call was transferred to senior, waiting for about 10 mins there was only ring sound then I disconnected. I called again after many disputes they said that "your deducted account balance will be credited to your account". Then my account was credited with only 10 rupees. There is no answer for the remaining 10 rupees. Again I tried to contact customer care help but on pressing the key to communicate with the executive the response is only the computer record (To know your account balance free from your airtel mobile dial *123#, ...) What should I do? Kindly waiting for your reply
