On 21/11, rs175 were deducted from my prepaid enquiring i come to know that i had suppossedly dwnloaded two jawa games from sme site that i never visited. i couldnt even get the linkwhich allegedly swooped rs 175. despite numerous calls and frantic attempts to get th issue sorted with customer care i cldnt get the issue resolved. I dont see any reason in hoping that they will offer me a refund as they outrightly denied having any say in it. this despite the fact thti never activated any servive or dwnloaded any game.
