I'm prepaid User of Airtel from more then 1 year. From Last few days I'm checking that my airtle account balance getting debited by Rs 3. So i called Airtel's customer services. Now I'm shocked that what daring people are there. I talked to a lady. I told her my problem. She told me that you have been subscribed for something (which I don't know). I told her that I have not subscribed anything then refund my money back. Then she told me that your account will be debited like this, we will not processed any refund. I asked her name then she hanged up the phone.

I'm really shocked that a CSR can talk like this. what a customer services that Airtel is providing. They debit money from there customer account n when a customer call customer services then they behave like this.

Please anyone help me. I want to file a case against Airtel. I have the recording of that call too as evidence.
