Termination of No. not Happening

Hi,

Iam been transferred from Kolkata to Hyderabad and given request for Termination of 9831336900 Airtel postpaid number,

i have given number of request in Airtel relationship center in Kolkata Salt lake city center and by mail to [email protected] and also by calling

customer care.

Since this number is not been terminated since 3Months.

Why?
