I own one Prepaid number as well bearing number: 9559540661, suddenly on 29.11.2011 post lunch outgoing call was barred without any intimation stating that documents are pending though this number was taken 2 years back and all legal documents were furnished at that time as per TRAI guidlines. Even if it is regular practice of airtel for revarification as per TRAI, then same can be asked but not this way by barring out going calls.will airtel take responsibility if there could have been any urgency to call from that number, any loss during that period would have been born by Airtel.
My daughter was tying to reach me at that time but was not able to do so.then they took help of others to call me.
How airtel can barr any number without any intimation. i am ready to furnish documents if required but how come they can block my outgoing calls.
they are just cheating & harrashing customer.
Please same may be taken strongly with airtel and should be warrned for same as well.
