WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY OF CUSTOMER

Airtel has appointed a unqualified customer assitant who recive the call and put the call on hold for more than 3 minutes. as everybody knows that airtel charges 50paisa/3min but question is why they cut the phone automatically without giving any answer. So in my opinion this is a very shamful idea to earn money.and wastage of customer time.
