Poor service!

Actually i took a plan advanced rental 249 in which i had to pay 6months rental in advance and the rest 6 months rental is free. But after 3months they changed my plan to 199 in which call rates were high when i complained they change it back to my previous plan but they change the tariff. I used to get 300 mins call to any mobile which they restricted to airtel means now i got 300 mins for airtel mobile only. According to the agreement they cant change the tariff. So what should i do? Should i sue them for this?
