Auto activation of airtelTV

Airtel TV is activated on my no.9633466020 without my consent .and Rs 40 is being deducted from the account on weekly basis (total Rs 80).

it is requested that the service be stopped and amount be refunded to the my number.

if your company is not capable to do so.. then i have to change the operator.
