I lodged a complaint for my Landline phone no. 0124 4209511 on 30-11-11 vide complaint no. 8080794, (in mid November also) at the centralized complaint centre.

Firstly nobody comes for few days, then after a lot of persuation & calling different ph. nos. given by the ever apologetic call centre empolyee (since they know their service pattern), a technician DOES NOT come. I receive a message that my complaint has been solved.

Again I lodge a complaint on 3-12-11, complaint no. 8233658, NOBODY comes, call centre person in their ever-apologetic response keep assuring redressal within a few hours, NOTHING HAPPENS! NOBODY comes.

Same complaint repeated on 5-12-11 & 7-12-11, THE SHAMELESS SYSTEM STILL DOES NOT WORK.

I wonder if I must contact MR.S.B.MITTAL, as nobody else in his?? esteemed organization wants to work/listen?

Or I will have to change my service provider. Even Govt. deptts. work better.

A thousand lamentations to such system/people.
